Thoughtfully designed by OZAC Architects, this townhouse development brings warmth and cohesion to a growing West Auckland neighbourhood. The gable forms and light, refined palette give the homes a distinctive presence while integrating naturally into the residential setting.

The exterior showcases TMT Amba, finished in JSC Coda Caliaby,  a warm, light-toned coating that highlights the timber’s natural grain and subtle variation. The finish allows the character of the timber to remain visible and, over time, will soften gracefully as the surface gently silvers, enhancing the natural depth and texture of the façade.

Paired with soft brickwork and dark steel accents, the result is a balanced, contemporary aesthetic that feels both timeless and welcoming.
