GJ Gardner Wooing Tree Estate Showhome

Tucked into Cromwell's Wooing Tree Estate is this new GJ Gardner showhome. Wrapped in a natural material palette, it is perfectly matched to the rural character of it's central Otago surroundings.

JSC TMT Taiga cladding was chosen for this project in a TMT51 profile. Finished in JSC Coda Caliaby, the finish is a light and contemporary and retains the character of Taiga's distinctive butterfly knots across the facades gabled forms.

Beyond the architectural aesthetics, the thermally modified timber offers enhanced, dimensional stability which makes it a considered choice for Cromwell's demanding seasonal climate.
