Designed by OZAC Architects, the Tennyson residences blend urban elegance with natural warmth. The facade pairs light Spanish clay bricks with TMT Amba, finished in JSC Scumble Nightfall, creating a rich interplay of texture and tone.

Large glazing opens views toward Rangitoto, while subtle lighting at dusk reveals the building’s calm, refined character, a quiet harmony of material, light, and place.

Reflecting on the design, OZAC Architects share, “The JSC timber cladding brought a remarkable depth and warmth to the façade of Four Tennyson. Its natural grain and tonal variation complemented the textured Spanish brick perfectly, softening the architectural lines while adding a crafted, timeless character. Beyond its visual beauty, the product’s quality and consistency made it a pleasure to work with - stable, precise, and responsive to detailing.”
