Tui House
Aaron Guerin & Charlotte Martin from LAD Architecture in Cambridge sought only the best when it came to constructing their new home in the sunny coastal town of Waihi Beach. They selected JSC Timber products both inside and out to create a contemporary look that is long-lasting and durable for everyday living. Even off-cuts from the oak flooring were utilised in making the bunk beds.
“We chose JSC because of their reputation for quality products, but also because of our relationship with Gavin McLiver, an expert in his field whose energy, enthusiasm, professionalism & outstanding attitude towards customer service makes him an absolute joy to deal with!”

AMERICAN WHITE OAK FLOORING
JSC American White Oak flooring provides a durable surface for everyday life, making it perfect for this busy family. As well as providing a sleek and contemporary appearance, the floors are easy to maintain and a long-term investment. Available as FAS and Rustic grades.
Western Red Cedar paneling was used on walls, bunk beds, and the kitchen island to add focal points to this interior. The timber adds a natural warmth to any living space with fantastic colour, grain patterns and texture. JSC offers a hidden clip system to provide a sleek appearance that, when oiled, will maintain its look for years. This, coupled with a number of profile options, finishes and fixing methods, makes it a perfect solution to complement any design.
