Riverhead Garage Project

Built by Ryse Construction on the main road into Riverhead, this compact garage balances simplicity with craft. Designed and built by Matt Nicholls for his own use, the project showcases refined detailing, flush cladding lines, and a clean gable form that’s both understated and carefully considered. As both the builder and client, Matt approached this build as a personal opportunity to push for quality without overcomplication,  proving that even small-scale builds can speak volumes when done right.
