Located in the Eastern suburb of Christchurch, Sumner House is an innovative beachside residence designed by Ben Brady at Linetype Architectural and built by Craig Todd. The home features premium Radiata weatherboard cladding that is locally-sourced with a MicroPro treatment. 

Locally-sourced, FSC-mix Radiata weatherboards are supplied pre-treated with paint or oil, and an environmentally-friendly MicroPro treatment. Radiata weatherboards are #1 Premium clears, have no finger joints, and are machined thicker for added stability. Available in Vertical Shiplap, Rusticated, Bevelback, and Board & Batten options, Radiata weatherboards have a competitive price point and are government-approved for schools and Housing NZ.
