Theca Architects Crafts High-Spec Passive Build Overlooking Wanaka's Majestic Scenery

Sitting high above Wanaka with extraordinary views over the lake to the mountains beyond, this holiday home designed by Theca Architects is a high-spec Passive build project with demands for quality. The home is extremely comfortable year round with an airtight building structure, exposed concrete floors and triple-glazed, European tilt-and-turn windows.

The architects chose JSC for the supply of our Western Red Cedar weatherboards to ensure their quality requirements would be met, and for the variety of profiles offered — these include RustiClad weatherboards and accessories
