TAB Design and Brett Dawson Builders Create Nature-Infused Cromwell Oasis with JSC

Nestled in Cromwell, Central Otago, this residential project is one with nature. Designed by Tony Bennett at TAB Design, and built by Brett Dawson Builders, the home features JSC products both inside and out — with weatherboards and decking, as well as flooring and ceiling panels.
A contrasting application of both JSC VertiClad and BevelClad were specified by the designer for this family home. To add stability, durability and contemporary style that defines today’s landscape, the designer had chosen renowned traditional BevelClad cladding, accompanied by JSC VertiClad over the chimney area to add a twist on a classic appearance.

JSC Hardwood Decking has an enduring style and prestige, making it the perfect choice for the Central Otago climate. The solid hardwood decking is made from renewable natural resources and is not only an architectural link between the landscape and the built environment, but it adds value to the project.

JSC American White Oak T&G flooring provides a durable surface for everyday life. As well as providing a stylish and classy appearance, the flooring is also easy to maintain and a long long-term investment. Available as first and second rustic grades in both 172mm and 128mm widths.

Western Red Cedar panelling adds warmth to any interior living space with fantastic colour, grain patterns and texture. JSC offers a
hidden clip system to provide a sleek appearance that when oiled, will look beautiful for years. This coupled with a number of profile options, finishes and fixing methods makes it a perfect solution to complement the whole design.
