The Landing: Buchan Group's Architecturally Designed Retail Hub Sets New Standards in Wigram Skies Community Revival 

Wigram Skies is an exciting community built on the site of the former Wigram Aerodrome, Christchurch. The Landing, at the heart of Wigram Skies, provides a convenient, modern and thoughtfully designed retail and mixed-use space for Wigram Skies residents and greater South West Christchurch.

Buchan Group Christchurch architecturally designed a modern and innovative commercial complex, combining the use of JSC's VertiClad and RustiClad cladding systems. The client wanted warm, natural materials incorporated into the design, and the varying depths and widths available with the RustiClad and VertiClad along with Western Red Cedar helped to add character to the design, setting this project apart from the rest.
